I was very nervous going into this.i walked into universal hyundai and immediately felt welcome.receptionist was very friendly.many sales people walked by offering my a bottle of water.just a short universal hyundai and immediately felt welcome.receptionist was very friendly.many sales people walked by offering my a bottle of water.just a short wait and justin salazar greeted me.great smile.made me feel at ease right away.i found my car I wanted almost immediately.rhe team that helped me were great.i left the same day with my car.i am excited and grateful for universal hyundai for making it so easy.justin went over the whole car with me.took his time.even though he was late getting home.i would do all my business at this dealership and send anyone looking. A car $2200 plus a 25 miles dealer away I feel sad for the guy was trying to get the deal for me, Justin he is been very professional but the guys behind the scenes didnt Allow this guy to d I feel sad for the guy was trying to get the deal for me, Justin he is been very professional but the guys behind the scenes didnt Allow this guy to do business cause he can’t do anything if the guys in charge doesn’t want to negotiate, and saying in front of my face that there is not dealer in Florida without a delaer fee! I demonstrated them that I bought the same car $2300 below their last price.. I got no dealer fee and a lot of thing for free, if I would be Justin I will runaway from there!! Anyhow Tks justin More
