One of the worst dealerships in the state of Florida. I purchased a 2024 sonata Nline in March that had a messed up bumper which i made clear to the sales man before driving off of the lot. He told me se I purchased a 2024 sonata Nline in March that had a messed up bumper which i made clear to the sales man before driving off of the lot. He told me service would be able to take care of it & it was just a clip missing. That was my driver side, got that side fix after going back & forth with them for 2 months. 2 weeks after that side is fixed my passenger side starts having the same issue & now im being told its my fault & i hit something. My fiance who also has a 24 Nline is now having the same issue with his bumper as well & they are giving him the run around like no tomorrow. Its to the point to where we have thought about trading in our vehicles & going elsewhere. We have corporate involved, but be weary when buying a vehicle from here! More

Service was completed in minimal time. Justin was was very thorough explaining what service had been done. Dealership waiting area was clean and comfortable. We made two trips for a repair to fix trim that keeps popping of the rear passenger window. We wasn’t home 1 week and it popped off. To long of a wait for service. Just for that we were booked out 3 week popping of the rear passenger window. We wasn’t home 1 week and it popped off. To long of a wait for service. The customer service here is a joke from management down to the service department! I purchased 2 2024 sonata’s both have front number defects, I’ve bought it up to the management team they have no response to the service department! I purchased 2 2024 sonata’s both have front number defects, I’ve bought it up to the management team they have no response. They didn’t have a problem selling a vehicle and taking your money, but won’t fix their brand new 2024 issues! A joke. Next we get a 2024 Santa Fe the transmission goes after just 2 weeks, my Santa Fe has now been in the shop for over a month. There has been no communication! I have to keep calling for an update. They ordered the part and then didn’t even know they had to order more. 33 days now my car is still sitting there. More
