Worst customer service experience My experience started online where I asked about a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Upland ..then I was contacted by Jessica repeatedly for a period of over one wee My experience started online where I asked about a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Upland ..then I was contacted by Jessica repeatedly for a period of over one week trying to get me to come in to test drive the black 2019 Jeep Cherokee Upland. I was told you accepted True Car pricing ..I had a 500 True Car coupon I am currently leasing a 2016 Jeep Wrangler...I decided to come in on Saturday after several text exchanges with Jessica -I even went so far as filling out the credit application before coming in . We live in Brunswick so it is a far drive and took much time out of our busy Saturday. When we arrived we were handed off to Walter and we sat down and he acted like we just came in off the cuff and pretended he had no idea why we were there. After I explained we were there for the 2019 Cherokee Upland he left us for like 20 minutes - being half way intelligent I told my husband they don’t have this car and sure enough he came back and said we don’t have this car...just a horrible thing to waste someone’s day off to drive over an hour and then he laughed saying maybe we can get you into a 2020 ...okay so is this how you train all your sales people to bait and switch ...I love the car buying experience!!!...says no one ever!!!! And this is why!!! B/c of dirty business dealings such as this!!! So we immediately left ...I was never contacted by Jessica or anyone for that matter..which again terrible customer service and while there is nothing you can do to rectify this now, just want you to know I will never be back nor will I tell anyone to come to your dealership and I went down the street to Classic Mazda and purchased a 40k CX9 where we were treated like royalty... He didn't give up on me while I fought to save more money to put down for my price. He even arranged to go pick up the vehicle I really wanted. I am so grateful for him helping me into my first truck! Nick Macintyre went over Every. Single. Detail. of the truck with me after my purchase helping me feel comfortable with all its options, he answered all of my questions and showed me tricks and tips! My salesman was Alec Campola and helped to guide me through the experience and delivery and also my first detail. Jim Waterwash explained all the paper work thoroughly and helped me to understand the details. I am very glad I chose this dealership! More

Great Dealership!!!! I purchased 2 new jeeps last week. The way Ganley Village deals with customers makes it so easy to keep coming back. This was my 9 vehicle I purchas I purchased 2 new jeeps last week. The way Ganley Village deals with customers makes it so easy to keep coming back. This was my 9 vehicle I purchased from Ganley. I even purchased my first Dodge Ram dump truck about 3 months ago for my construction company. It is a hassle free dealership. I have been dealing with Justin Taylor for about 12 years. He has great knowledge of the different vehicles they sell. Because of the GM Mike Campola and Justin Taylor I will be dealing with Ganley Village for many years to come. I should also mention about the 5 star service Department. Dealing with the Seevice Manager Bill Cannato and his service department is just another bonus doing business with Ganley Village. More

Worst service experience ever!! I called 2 weeks ago about a chirping noise on my wife's 2016 Jeep. To me it sounded like an idler pulley, I talked to a service adviser and asked hi I called 2 weeks ago about a chirping noise on my wife's 2016 Jeep. To me it sounded like an idler pulley, I talked to a service adviser and asked him to "LOOK AND LISTEN" to confirm that was it. My wife took it in for the appointment because I was busy that day. (2/2/19) The first thing that was done was a $100.00 diagnostic that was not asked for nor needed. THE FRICKIN' NOISE GAVE IT AWAY!! Ended up that the power steering pump was dripping and getting on the belt causing the noise. Once again, didn't need diagnostic to see this. Was told that the oil pan gasket was leaking...NOT. Fluid from leak was oozing onto pan. Sprayed pan with brake cleaner and has been dry since. The pump and belt was quoted out at $362.00 P&L. Took the Jeep to another service garage that I deal with and was quoted $107 parts and $80.00 labor. I was standing next to the Jeep as it was being raised on the lift. The plastic shield under the engine was basically dangling there. The 3 screws in the front and the 3 screws in the back were never put back in. The only thing holding it were the push in clips on the upper sides. REALLY?? My wife left Ganley basically with an overpriced car wash that day. I am sure that had I been the one taking the vehicle in that day, the diagnostic would not have been done. But what does a woman know, right? I gotta tell you Justin, Very disappointed with what that dealership has become. Been going there since 1998 for MANY vehicle purchases and service. Village Dodge had a very homelike atmosphere, and you were treated like a person, not a dollar sign. Nothing against you, but Ganley ruined that. More

Brought my 2016 Jeep in for an oil change there for the first time and found out they didn't put oil in it. Car was stalling out and lights were on so I brought it to another dealership to find out there was no oil put in my car causing all the issues and having to replace other parts that went bad due to not having oil. I called and talked with the service manager and a manager and was told I could take time out of my day and inconvenience me to bring it in for them to look at my car but I would have to pay for it all. They were not friendly. Would never recommend the dealership for service work. More

They're wonderful people that know you by name when you walk in the door and except for rout I've been doing business with this dealership since 1995.
