Justin was really polite and helpful. I just have one thing with him is he didn't show me the costco membership's saving paper. I used costco membership to purchase 2 times. 2 dealers did I just have one thing with him is he didn't show me the costco membership's saving paper. I don't like the finance person because I didn't want to buy their extended warranty. He said "you are so brave to buy the car without extended warranty." From my experience with my first 2 cars, I bought the warranty and when I tried to use it. They declined because I didn't have service with brand dealership. Ever since then I hate the extended warranty from the dealer. More

Charged me $595 (later reduced to $395) for unnecessary vehicle inspection for lease buyback. Did not tell me there would be a charge for what I thought was a walk around inspection. It was a "Full Circle vehicle inspection for lease buyback. Did not tell me there would be a charge for what I thought was a walk around inspection. It was a "Full Circle Service Report Card" instead. There was only 10,641 miles on the car at the time. More

While my initial buying experience at New Century Mazda was smooth and pressure-free, the aftercare service was a different story altogether. The Good: Quick and Easy Sales Process: No pushy salesmen was smooth and pressure-free, the aftercare service was a different story altogether. The Good: Quick and Easy Sales Process: No pushy salesmen (Justin was great), clear communication, and efficient handling of paperwork made the initial purchase a breeze. No Pressure on Add-Ons: I appreciated the relaxed approach to extended warranties and services, allowing me to make informed decisions without feeling pressured. The Bad: Issues After Purchase: Unfortunately, things went downhill after the sale. Dealing with post-purchase issues was an immense struggle. Overpayment Issue: We made an overpayment after the purchase and requested a price difference refund turned into a two-month nightmare. Poor Communication and management: The management team (sales manager Ali and Jesse) displayed abysmal communication skills and lack of care. No proactive updates, missed follow-ups, and excuses instead of explanations left us feeling ignored and frustrated. Lack of Transparency: The reason for the delay in our refund remains unclear, creating suspicion and anxiety about whether we'd ever receive our money back. Overall, our experience at New Century was a tale of two halves. While the initial purchase was positive, the post-purchase service was abysmal. The lack of communication, transparency, and accountability severely tarnished their reputation in my eyes. With how smooth the initial purchase experience went, we were considering another car from them in the near future but after this ordeal, we’ll definitely look elsewhere. Prospective buyers beware! While the initial buying experience may be pleasant, be prepared for potential hurdles and a lack of support if you encounter any issues after the sale. Consider this factor when making your decision. More

I’m glad that New Century Mazda has opened here in Alhambra. After buying my car in 2019 and that dealer closed in 2020, I had to drive to Glendale. This is so much more convenient. I brought my CX5 f Alhambra. After buying my car in 2019 and that dealer closed in 2020, I had to drive to Glendale. This is so much more convenient. I brought my CX5 for service and met with Jerry C. Besides the normal service, Jerry listened to my issues and tried to get resolution. The car was completed on time and washed. I can’t wait until their service center and dealership constructs their new building. Thanks Jerry! More
