Not recommend purchasing here! !! They sold me a car missing two essential parts - the tow covers. They promised to promptly send them to me upon my car pickup. However a month and !! Throughout this period, I've engaged in countless communications with them. Their attitude has been evasive, and they haven't been proactive in resolving the issue. I believe this violates the basic service standards, showing a complete lack of responsibility. As a result, I've incurred losses. Currently, due to the absence of these two parts, my car's appearance is unsightly, and it's prone to water leakage on rainy days, making it unsafe to drive. I'm extremely disappointed in their conduct, especially on Ali and Tommy. More

Car wasn’t washed as promised when I picked up. I had to go back to the dealership and have it washed on my day off on a rainy day. Justin was really polite and helpful. I just have one thing with him is he didn't show me the costco membership's saving paper. I used costco membership to purchase 2 times. 2 dealers did I just have one thing with him is he didn't show me the costco membership's saving paper. I don't like the finance person because I didn't want to buy their extended warranty. He said "you are so brave to buy the car without extended warranty." From my experience with my first 2 cars, I bought the warranty and when I tried to use it. They declined because I didn't have service with brand dealership. Ever since then I hate the extended warranty from the dealer. More
