Hello my name is Justin and I have been working at Honda of Lincoln for 7 years. Growing up in Lexington, Nebraska I wanted to be a Police Officer. I have been married to my wife, Whitney for 4 years and we have 2 children Landon and Harper. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and golfing. I also like to travel and watch sporting events. One of my most memorable sporting events that I had the privilege of attending was Game 7 of the World Series in Kansas City. Some fun facts about me are that I like all kinds of music, my favorite food is pizza and my favorite movie is Days of Thunder. As a Finance Manager, I enjoy interacting with customers. I make the experience different at Honda of Lincoln by taking care of customers and listening to their wants and needs. My motto is, “Excellence is not a destination, it is a continuous journey that never ends.”

We saw a pre-owned vehicle on Honda of Lincoln's lot and following our test drive we spent some time visiting with Sales Consultant, Scott Sweeney who answered all of our questions with precision and followed up with documentation. Justin Wiley, Finance Manager, did a great job of walking us through all aspects pertaining to financing. We had been dragging our feet because we thought it would be an overwhelming process but Scott and Justin made it a very pleasant experience. We were treated respectfully by our salesperson, sales manager, greeters, even salespeople who were not working with us greeted us kindly. The process was THE BEST EXPERIENCE in car buying we have ever had. No gimicks, No hidden information. Caleb Tran, our salesperson, was knowledgeable and direct in his dealings with us. He showed us cars in our price range and requested options. He did not waste our time or try to spin us with information. He truly is the most honest sales person I have ever met. He went over each and every aspect of the car we chose and made sure that we undestood each one. Justin Wylie, as sales manager and financial officer was equally as respectful of our time and was patient in answering our many questions. We were treated fairly and went away knowing all we needed to know. We were given a fair price for out trade in and wow what a generous warranty! Our only regret - that we did not come to these two men years ago! Thank you for the best purchase experence we have ever had! Congratulations to Honda of Lincoln for having such fantastic employees! We always said that we would never buy new because of the price points and the stigma that goes along with buying a new car. We stopped in to see what was available and requested Brian based on a recommendation from my grandparents. Brian was easy going, knowledgeable and was constantly as helpful as he could be. He took the time to show us three different cars over two separate visits at great detail and acted more like a friend showing off a new car than a salesman. Never once did it feel like he was trying to pressure us into a decision even while making sure that we knew all of our options. Brian brought a calm and friendly approach that was incredibly easy to work with and that allowed us to focus more on the purchase instead of wondering if some salesman was trying to rip us off. Justin Wiley helped us on our first visit and made several solid recommendations on how to best finance and what options to take. He took the time to run numbers and helped us understand what our costs would look like even though we hadn't committed to buying a car from his dealership. Chad Erwin handled our actual financing on the the sale and again was beyond knowledgeable and professional. He explained step by step every different warranty available on our vehicle several times and knew his material so well that he was able to help us compare different warranties without referencing any sort of brochure or website. Put simply, he obviously knows his material inside and out and made warranty recommendations based on the type of driving and we would be doing instead of just trying to sell us the most expensive one. I got the feeling working with both Chad and Brian that they genuinely had the customer's best interest in mind instead of how they could get the most money out of us. I absolutely recommend this dealer and particularly Brian and Chad. More

Honda of Lincoln treats you like a friend or family member. Though I walked in at the very end of a cold and rainy evening, my dealer, Robert, and the staff at Honda of Lincoln, welcomed me, with a smile and op Though I walked in at the very end of a cold and rainy evening, my dealer, Robert, and the staff at Honda of Lincoln, welcomed me, with a smile and open arms. They didn't act irritated or try to rush me. Robert took the time to show me everything I wanted to see. He answered any and all of the many questions I had. Robert, Chad, and Justin looked up and presented me with all the options they could possibly offer me to fit my needs, and they made sure that I fully understood everything I needed and wanted to know. Robert gave me his work number, his private cell number, and his email so I could get in touch with him if I had any questions or concerns. He immediately got back to me the next day with any information he couldn't provide me with that evening. He Chad, and Justin worked together to find ways for me to get everything I needed, even with my very limited finances. They never pushed, pestered me, our made me feel like a customer. They genuinely made me feel like they cared about me and wanted to help me... as if I were a friend or member of their own family. More
