Hello my name is Justin and I have been working at Honda of Lincoln for 7 years. Growing up in Lexington, Nebraska I wanted to be a Police Officer. I have been married to my wife, Whitney for 4 years and we have 2 children Landon and Harper. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and golfing. I also like to travel and watch sporting events. One of my most memorable sporting events that I had the privilege of attending was Game 7 of the World Series in Kansas City. Some fun facts about me are that I like all kinds of music, my favorite food is pizza and my favorite movie is Days of Thunder. As a Finance Manager, I enjoy interacting with customers. I make the experience different at Honda of Lincoln by taking care of customers and listening to their wants and needs. An absolutely pleasant experience from beginning to end. I was highly doubtful I would ever have a positive experience with an auto dealership. I've had pretty much horrible experiences in the past across m I was highly doubtful I would ever have a positive experience with an auto dealership. I've had pretty much horrible experiences in the past across many makes of cars. My experience with Honda of Lincoln completely impressed me. I made a number of unique requests and they never even blinked, just did their best to fulfill my requests. I like to work on my own cars so I planned to buy all the accessories I wanted and install them myself. To this end, I had a few questions I wanted to ask the service personnel and they embraced my request for information even putting a similar car on a lift so we could examine it together and gain some understanding toward the answers to my questions. Not many dealership service departments will even explain things to you let alone let you enter the service area and have lengthy detail conversations about how things work. The parts department was kind enough to print out the installation instructions for the accessories I purchased and again, not many service departments would do this. Justin in finance pushed the extended warranty a touch too much. I politely said no, that should have been the end of the conversation on that topic. But even at that, he wasn't heavy handed or overly pushy about it. More

New car purchase I was looking for a new car which I hadn't done for quite a long time. I met Robert and he was very helpful in pointing out various options of each vehicle, helping me to determine which vehicle would be the best match for me. After test driving a couple of vehicles, I needed to give them some thought. Robert was very cordial and never pressured me into making my decision as it did take me a couple of days to make a decision. Once I made my decision, he did everything needed to get me into the car and on the road. More

Finances were a breeze since Justin Wiley agreed with all my suggestions and we were both pleased. One request failed: I wanted to back the car off the top of the delivery truck... I got there too late to be able to cross that experience off my bucket list. More

They Always Exceed My Expectations I keep coming back to Honda of Lincoln (formerly Williamson's Honda) for their sales and service because they have never disappointed me with the qual I keep coming back to Honda of Lincoln (formerly Williamson's Honda) for their sales and service because they have never disappointed me with the quality of their people or their work. Most of the time my expectations are exceeded. I recently traded my 2010 Honda CR-V by way of a dealer pass-through to my sister. When my new 2015 CR-V Touring hadn't arrived by my sister's planned Mothers Day visit from CO, the salesman, Larry Ellerbeck, contacted me and offered me a dealer loaner to use until my vehicle was available. He remembered the details of our transaction, and volunteered to help us out without my asking! When my new CR-V was ready and I was able to pick it up, Larry had it equipped exactly as I wanted. The vehicle was sparkling new inside and out, and has proven to be a distinct improvement in every way over my older model. It has much better sound insulation with much less road noise, better ergonomics, and of course far better features. There has been a steep learning curve regarding the car's systems, but when I took possession Larry spent considerable time acquainting me with the new features and controls while making sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. The Honda Owners' Web site, owners.honda.com has been an invaluable resource. I was able to download the Owner's Manual and other information about a number of my vehicle's special features in order to prepare for ownership and to use as learning aids along the way. I have them, PDF's all, on an Android tablet that I can take with me into the vehicle when I have specific questions. More

I told him we were possibly looking for a Honda CRV but we did not like to be inundated with calls. He suggested emailing and that worked well. We test drove the CRV and liked it and told Scott we also wanted to test drive a Buick. There was no pressure, they worked with us on the price and when we went to pick it up Scott explained everything. Justin was also very professional and answered all of our questions. Everyone we talked with was helpful and did not try to talk us into anything. It was the best car buying experience we have ever experienced! More

Best Day Off! My wife and I puchased a new 2015 Honda CRV EX-L with all the options from Honda of Lincoln. This is our 2nd Honda and have used the service departmen My wife and I puchased a new 2015 Honda CRV EX-L with all the options from Honda of Lincoln. This is our 2nd Honda and have used the service department at Honda of Lincoln for both of our vehicles, but not the New Car Dealership. It was the most non-pressured car purchase that we have experienced since owning 6+ new cars. Everything you could want, great selection, friendly staff, all the way from the salesman (Scott S. was the greatest salesman we've encountered) to the finance department (Justin W.). Met all our questions, options, and timelines and most important of all price! No hagglingback and forth:-) Thanks for the great experience. More
