I have had the good fortune to work with this dealer over the past 7 years. I have purchased 7 BMWs in that time and have been more than satisfied with each and every person I've worked with. Starting with Dan Claro, who, always greeted me with a smile and helped me work through some very difficult scenarios on various purchases and was the sole reason which led to my first purchase 7 years ago. Justine Amiano, who could ask for a better service rep to work with? She has been a huge help to me each and everytime I was in for service. She is extremely knowledable of all things BMW and guided me through every aspect of every service visit and notified me of any issues as they came up. Sometimes, on her day off. Fernando in loaner cars has always been helpful and respectful each and every time I was in for service. Last, my 2 recent purchases last month were handled by John Cheung. John was the most pleasurable car salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about each car he was showing me, helped me set up each vehicle to my personal specifications and guided me through every step from finding the vehicles, purchase, set up to drive away. I am more than pleased with the service and treatment I received from John. I have sent many friends to this dealership and will continue to do so for as long as the above mentioned professionals are employed there. Roberto and Justine were very courteous and professional when addressing my concerns. There were some issues initially when I was returning my lease but they resolved them to my satisfaction and I have no c when addressing my concerns.
