Great service-when you have the right advisor I love the service I receive at Toyota of Sanford. I have received mixed opinions on the needs of the vehicle, some I feel like are just selling me what is suggested by the computer. But there are times that I receive great service! The driver, Jimmy, is awesome and friendly. The service advisor Kyle always provides great and informative service. The call center and online ordering system do not work. Fast and Friendly All the staff memebers were so friendly. Kyle had a car set for me to drive since my car needed unexpected work and I had my toddler with me and could All the staff memebers were so friendly. Before I even mentioned I couldn't wait or didnt have someone to pick me up, he already had the truck for me to use. He got my car seat out and placed in the truck for me. The inside was Very neat and my daughter enjoyed the play room. Worth the 35 min drive. More
