I was offered a package for $149.99 and one hour service. I was then told the extra fee is on all billing. Using my previous billing I showed it was not a fee imposed by Toyota and was told it would be refunded per the manager that day. One week later, I have heard nothing from them. Dishonest service, bait and switch or improper explanation of packages (note* bill was itemized but had zeroes in all 'included' in package for $203 descriptions which was explained by 3 different employees as 3 different values), and finally a broken commitment to refund a miscellaneous charge that they could not explain which had never been on a bill before.
