While the dealership was beautiful, and we did end up purchasing our car from them, we were at the dealership for a total of 7 hours. Our salesperson would say “I’ll be back in a minute.” It seemed like purchasing our car from them, we were at the dealership for a total of 7 hours. Our salesperson would say “I’ll be back in a minute.” It seemed like we were there for a very long time. We didn’t even have dinner. We left the dealership at 8:45pm. It just felt like our time was not prioritized. As parents to a toddler, this was really hard on us. Our daughter didn’t have a nap, and then we had to stay late. Our new car was not detailed well. My husband asked for a rag so that he could clean the wheels. There was also gross gunk on the center console tray that he had to ask to get cleaned. We only looked at this one car, and to be there for 7 hours and not have a detailed car was frustrating. More
