RUN FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE READING THIS! There is a reason this service department is not as busy as any other dealership. I brought my truck to this location and was working with General There is a reason this service department is not as busy as any other dealership. I brought my truck to this location and was working with General Motors directly to assist me with the repairs and cost of the repairs. I was told by crown that my truck needed repairs that would cost me 10k. GM was going to cover a portion of the work and Crown's service department denied the funding as Kaitlin informed me that... "I was not a valued customer because I did not purchase or service my vehicle their in the past". Everytime I called, she was busy and no one else could help me. They "Kaitlin and cronies" were lazy, rude and all sitting around talking as the phone rang when we went to pick the truck up and take it to Legacy GMC on the westbank. The problems that Kaitlin said I had would not have done anything but put a bandaid on the problem long enough to get me out the door so they could collect 10K and charge me again once the bandaid broke again. They told me that I could trade it in and offered me less than I owed on the truck. The offer was a pure joke, as is their service department. Once I got my truck to Legacy, they informed me of the real issue which would be an engine replacement. General Motors reached out to Legacy to work with them to cover the cost of the engine. Note... the truck only had 75k miles on it and was kept meticulously maintained and cleaned. Legacy GMC swapped my engine, motor mounts, and repaired or replaced items that were worn or could cause a future problem while the engine was out as to save me from future labor cost if a part located under the engine became an issue. Legacy GMC took care of everything for half of what Crown estimated for the repairs and they communicated daily on the steps taken to repair the truck. I would tell anyone who even says the name Crown Buick GMC to run in the opposite direction. I have never dealt with a more useless group of individuals who are just there for a paycheck. AGAIN RUN FROM THIS PLACE! There are better companies in 3rd world countries than this service department. I still can't wrap my head around GM offering to cover cost so I would not be as out of pocket, and this group at Crown denying the money from the manufacturer. As they stated "customers are not valued at their location". More
