My Wife's Enclave Had A Engine Missing Problem So I Went On Line And Set Up An Appointment For Tuesday 2pm. After Making The Appointment On Line , I Thought I Should Call the Service Department To Confirm On Line And Set Up An Appointment For Tuesday 2pm. After Making The Appointment On Line , I Thought I Should Call the Service Department To Confirm Since The Last Time I Did This The Appointment Never Went Through And Sure Enough It Did Not Again. I Called The Service Department And They Did Not See The On Line Appointment But They Took the Appointment At 2pm Over The Phone But Told Me I Would Have To Leave The Car With Them For Days. I Said That Is Impossible Since My Wife Needs A Car , Do You Have a Loaner , They Said No But I Could Have A Saturday Morning 8am Appointment. I Thought I Should Get There Early So I Arrived At 7:45am To Find At Least 20 Cars Lined Up In The Street With A 8am Appointment. I Finally Got In At 8:30am And Met Kaitlin Who Was Very Helpfull. She Advised Me To Leave The Car Around 3 Or 4 Hours And She Would Call Us And Let Us Know. She Did And We Set Up A Appointment 2 Weeks Later For The Repairs With a Loaner For MY Wife To Drive. More

Buying this “2025” Buick Encore was the worst decision ever. This vehicle has been giving me issues since I got it. First the vehicle was missing the tow clip. That took 3mths to get. Then the back up cam ever. This vehicle has been giving me issues since I got it. First the vehicle was missing the tow clip. That took 3mths to get. Then the back up camera went out in March. I took it to the dealership for repair on a Thursday. They called me on Tuesday to pick up my car. I get to the dealership to pick up my car I asked the lady what was wrong with the camera. That is when she decides to tell me they couldn’t fix it, and the camera was on back order. Surprise, Surprise. Everything is ALWAYS on back order with this place. If someone gave me a Buick I wouldn’t take it. More

My car was there from July 24 through April 25 trying to repair an air bag system. They dented my car while it was there (they did a bad PDR repair first time then properly repaired when I wouldn’t accept t repair an air bag system.
