Kaitlyn provided exceptional customer service on my recent lane assist camera issue. She worked directly with my extended warranty company to ensure the repair was covered. She also ensured I was provi recent lane assist camera issue. She worked directly with my extended warranty company to ensure the repair was covered. She also ensured I was provided loaner vehicles during this repair. She consistently displays excellent knowledge of issues and truly cares about her customers. The repair took two trips to Crown to ultimately fix and through it all Kaitlyn was superb. More

Everything went smoothly. Personnel was friendly and wait for service was reasonable. Would have been nice if the windshield had been cleaned when service was completed.
