When I contacted Crown after my truck was dropped off they were quickly able to give me an estimate of what the possible problem with my truck was and and estimate of time to repair. Kaitlyn did an excellent job on my issues during my last visit. The windshield camera in my Sierra failed and she worked directly with my extended warranty company to ensure coverage.
