I was looking for a specific used car- I found it at this dealership. I was not local and was working with Lino who was incredibly helpful, quick communication and provided detailed information. At the dealership to finalize the purchase we worked Kaleb I believe, who stepped in for Lino flawlessly he efficiently walked us through the initial paperwork, he was extremely professional, friendly and super efficient. We then worked with Matt in finance who was a pleasure to work with, quickly navigating all the tedious elements of the financial end of the purchase while providing us with all of our options and answering all our questions. We service standard is consistent throughout the dealership and I would recommend them if you are looking for a new or used car. If you are like me and do not enjoy the process of buying a car this dealership makes it pleasant and they are efficient. More

I had an extraordinary experience buying a car with sales rep, Kaleb Mathis. Kaleb was me in a warm and open manner which was entirely welcoming. I felt immediately comfortable with him and was especially ha rep, Kaleb Mathis. Kaleb was me in a warm and open manner which was entirely welcoming. I felt immediately comfortable with him and was especially happy that his positive reaction and intrigue with the car matched my own excitement. I felt Kaleb listened carefully to my concerns and seemed very attentive at every stage of my inquiry — projecting no sense of “selling” or urgency to close a deal. Although Kaleb qualified his knowledge about the car, a Genesis GV60, as “limited”; he was extremely adept at handling the vehicle, answering my questions, identifying the buttons and doodads, and quickly found answers (Google) to questions he didn’t know. Negotiations were seamlessly amicable, and we closed with both of us super happy about the deal. I truly felt that Kaleb had gone to bat for me each time he took the paper back to the manager. I was ultimately thrilled with the transaction, the car, and with Kaleb. I can’t imagine a more smooth and positive experience than the one I had buying my beautiful car at Lexus of Sarasota. Honestly, I’m still pinching myself!!! 😄 More

Perhaps the least professional and combative buying experience ever. Kaleb's lack of professionalism and almost juvenile reaction to my concerns almost led me to end the negotiation. But, I wanted the experience ever. Kaleb's lack of professionalism and almost juvenile reaction to my concerns almost led me to end the negotiation. But, I wanted the vehicle and got stuck with a horrible salesperson. During the process, no supervisor intervened. It's been a couple of weeks and the typical follow-up call to insure customer satisfaction never came. Hopefully, Lexus of Sarasota will never have another vehicle that I desire because I'd likely have to pass. More
