Once I had Kamarie as my sales rep, it was smooth sailing. Before that, one inquiry led to a lot of different emails being sent from Bob Schaumburg. Over all it was a good experience. I arrived at 4 pm and didn’t leave til after 7. I thought I was quoted one price but end up with another price. I called the next day to the sales person I was switched around omg left message no return call I was quoted one price but end up with another price. I called very next day told the sales person I’m having trouble with my brakes - yeah I’m still waiting on his return call. I have no spare no mats for the car😡. I asked about gap ins I was told the bank wouldn’t allow it for a 2016🤨. I really hate buying cars because I feel like I get the short end of the stick every time and this is my second time buying from BoB Rohrhman. I hope this car last me a long time because I can’t take another car salesman😡!!!! I spoke with the person that sold me the car I expressed my feelings. I told him if a customer purchase a car from you and explain that they’re having car trouble - you should return their call. When I arrived at the dealership my salesman told me he was busy that’s why he hadn’t returned my call but when I walked in he was having a conversation with a co-worker. If I could do it all over again I would not purchase anymore vehicles from Bob Rohrman. 😡😶 More
