Negative shopping experience Went looking for a used vehicle to purchase with my college age son. Spent more time waiting for salesperson to check the online availability than act Went looking for a used vehicle to purchase with my college age son. Spent more time waiting for salesperson to check the online availability than actually looking. Finally had a manager come out and say, “What would you think if I told you I could get you in a new car for less than the price of a used one?” to which I replied, “I’d be skeptical.” He then tried to convince me that leasing a car in my son’s name was a better option. I explained that this is not what we want and it is certainly not what we need. When this effort failed, he basically walked away, leaving the salesperson with nothing to discuss. I’m not in the habit of posting negative reviews, but this experience really irked me. I should note that I previously purchased a car here in 2012 and said after that experience that I would never again buy a car from Scott Clark Toyota. I am now publicly stating this for the benefit of others. To be fair, their service department has been great to work with, I would recommend them in a heartbeat. More

I can’t believe the amazing service!!! I can’t believe the amazing customer service and personal touch that this dealership has given me for the last 4 years!!!
