Bought a car from them recently, customer service was pretty good on the surface, but the sales and finance team lack integrity. They wanted to upsell me on a service plan and spent 15 minutes doing so, pretty good on the surface, but the sales and finance team lack integrity. They wanted to upsell me on a service plan and spent 15 minutes doing so, but cenventially failed to mention a $1300 maintenance fee. It was on one of the papers I signed, but then again they had me sign 20 of them. Now they won't answer calls or respond to emails asking about passing this cost on to the customer and what they even did that cost that much. Technically not illegal, but scam adjacent. Can't even get into contact to cancel the service plan, would prefer to spend that money with a business I can actually trust. More

Kannon Baker was exceptional helping when I purchased my 2022 4 Runner a couple months ago. I would definitely call and work with him again. This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a Toyota dealership. I have purchased over 14 Brand new Toyota Tacoma’s in the past, and never had a bad experience. As soon as I walked in the, I rece Toyota dealership. I have purchased over 14 Brand new Toyota Tacoma’s in the past, and never had a bad experience. As soon as I walked in the, I received dirty looks from two staff members and I was rushed to make a decision. Toyota’s bank is not Veteran friendly as I was asked to provide my DD214 in order to receive military discount. I sent them all sorts of proof that I am a Navy Veteran, including DOD ID card. They refused the card and DOD letter proving my service. The sales consultant and finance guy are good people and were very helpful. More

Over the weekend, I worked with Kannon Baker on a new car purchase. He was extremely professional and patient, working to bring us multiple vehicle to test drive. It was raining and Kannon made sure to drive purchase. He was extremely professional and patient, working to bring us multiple vehicle to test drive. It was raining and Kannon made sure to drive us right to the door each time, which was super thoughtful. Matt Cady priced out multiple vehicle for us and Kannon answered every question we had. We were able to complete the entire purchase in under 3 hours! Huge thanks to the Exchange team: they have a lifelong customer for sure.
