Awesome Service Center :) I was only planning to go to the express service center to do an oil change but was fortunate enough to speak to a service rep that mentioned other im I was only planning to go to the express service center to do an oil change but was fortunate enough to speak to a service rep that mentioned other important services that will keep my Honda HRV running good and safe. I live in Aiea and could probably go to town or Waipio for service but I prefer Honda Windward and going through the H-3 with the nice views and all makes it even better. :) More

Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Kanoa was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Provided great customer care. Great service overall I went in early on a Saturday to drop my car for water spot removal, detail, and service. They were busy but Kanoa was efficient and got me checked in I went in early on a Saturday to drop my car for water spot removal, detail, and service. Then during the day, he also made sure to call me and update me about the delay for the service and the new pick up day and time. The service was excellent, but they could use a little help on weekends. The 2 times that I have to go in during weekends, they schedule is always backed up. More

After leaving Honda my tire blew out Went in and got my regular service maintenance. Paid $175 or more. Left the dealership and my tire blew out. I drove less than a mile before my tire went completely flat. Had my 4 year old son in the car. It was a horrible experience. About a day later, I took my flat tire into the dealership. They told me I needed to pay $170 to replace my tire. I argued that I shouldn’t have to pay anything since prior to bringing my car in for a maintenance inspection everything was working properly. Moreover, I did not run over anything sharp that would puncture a hole, it just blew out. They would not cover the cost for a new tire, so I took my business elsewhere. I don’t think the blow out was my fault, and it looks bad on Honda especially since the incident occurred after getting my maintenance inspection and they said everything was good. moreover, I’ve been taking my car into Honda for about 8 years now, and spent a lot of money there. Not to mention my car was bought brand new from Honda. I believe Honda did not adequately inspect my vehicle to ensure that it was safe, and Honda may have also caused my tire to blow out. At the very least, I think they should reimburse me for the $175 that I spent for poor service. It was a good thing no one was hurt. More
