Because we were in the market for a specific model of Honda Odyssey EXL (2015 or 2016 Certified Used with low mileage), the selection near us in Illin Because we were in the market for a specific model of Honda Odyssey EXL (2015 or 2016 Certified Used with low mileage), the selection near us in Illinois wasn't fitting our goals. And if there was one that did but was slightly out of our budget range, no one really wanted to work with us to make it worth our business. Everyone we talked to wanted to persuade us to buy brand new, which was even more out of our budget range (hence why they also wanted us to consider financing, which we didn't want to do either). Through autotrader.com, we found that Wilde East Towne Honda had a surplus of the exact model we were looking for. They worked with me over the phone rather quickly to land on a final deal, gave me a general range for what my trade-in would be worth to them, and then reserved the van for me until I could arrive in person over the weekend. Overall, the price was very fair for a minivan that is practically brand new. We got a great deal on a 7 year, 100,000 mile comprehensive warranty. And the trade-in value they gave me for my car definitely was more than I would have gotten elsewhere (such as a CarMax). All the people that had to help us through the paper work were very nice, and the other staff were always very courteous, polite, conversational, etc. They all made us feel very welcome to be there and well worth the 2 hour drive! Lucky for us, Nathan met us at the door and guided us through the entire process. It was painless and we felt good about our purchase. We quickly agreed upon a price and trade-in value and were able to walk out that day with a brand new car. It has been a month and we are still happy with our purchase and would recommend Wilde East Towne Honda (and specifically Nathan Wood) to any prospective buyers. More

Excellent experience! I have never driven a brand new car or considered leasing a vehicle. I have been driving a used Ford focus for 11 years! With 2 children and a dog I was in need of a larger more reliable vehicle. After talking on the phone with Shae and explaining to him what I was looking for, we set up a date for me to drive an hour from Fond du Lac to Madison to see what they had to offer. Shae was very helpful with finding a vehicle that was suitable for my needs and explaining the leasing process to me. They gave me a very fair price for my trade in and helped to get me a price I could afford on my new vehicle. Shae was very friendly, had a positive attitude, and was eager to answer all my questions. Overall a great experience at Wilde East Town Honda. My boys and I are very happy with our new 2016 Honda Odyssey! More
