I ended up loving the CR-V and decided immediately that was the vehicle I wanted. I wanted to lease and was waiting for the push to buy. It never happened. The salesman didn't pressure me at all. Wilde East Town Honda has the leasing process simplified and pain free. The experience was awesome from the test drive through to the financials. Awesome people, awesome environment, fabulous vehicles. So much so that we came back later in the day and my husband bought a CR-V as well. Highly recommend this dealership. I've bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the Best experience I've ever had. More

She helped speed up the process to meet a timeline which was appreciated. Peter, the used sales manager, did not quite meet our expectations. We returned with the vehicle in under 24 hours from purchase with a ding in the windshield, which was not disclosed to us. It was not visible the day we bought the vehicle, but became visible overnight with some rain. Peter became sarcastic and argumentative with us and was not very professional. The problem was not resolved. Disappointing. (READ ON FOR A HAPPY ENDING!) As far as recommending this dealership, I could only mark one option. Parts of my experience were positive and others were negative, so I picked no. After working with Chad in Customer Relations and Steve in Service, I am pleased to say my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Overall the staff at Wilde East Side Honda were professional and courteous. I greatly appreciate the efforts that were made to right the wrong that occurred. Knowing what I do now about the overall customer service, I would recommend this dealership. Thank you! More

I had very specific requirements to a car, and Scott heard them all and helped me to find the best car to meet my needs. Additionally, he was able to help me with all other aspects of purchasing a car - insurance, logistics of dropping off the car I was using and picking up my new car from the dealership, picking up accessories, and so on. I didn't feel pushed or rushed at all, but as soon as I made my decision on which car I wanted everything was done so fast! Janet was very helpful filling out a financial application form, and Karen was fantastic with all the financial paperwork. Karen also helped me to choose the best maintenance plan that fits me the most. Everyone from a front desk person to the dealership owner have been so nice, friendly and respectful! As soon as I need a new car I choose WILDE again and I will most definitely recommend it to everyone I know. More

Nathan started talking with us months ago, and was incredibly patient with us as we waited until our old vehicle was sold. He encouraged us to test drive a few different vehicles, and was always happy to answer our many questions. He was great about making sure we got the best deal and that we were 100% informed on the vehicle's many features. When we made it to finance, Karen took her time while explaining our payment and maintenance options so we knew exactly what we were getting into.
