He exhibited patience and took his time and did not attempt to pressure us into making a decision and was not condescending to the competition. Another nice young salesman, Conor, also got involved with the delivery of my car. Karen in the finance office was also a pleasure to work with. I would recommend rhis dealership to everyone. First Purchase at Wilde Honda Looked on internet and found a certified used Pilot with the mileage and price we liked at Wilde. Drove home with the same vehicle a few hours later. Okay Experience I found the car I've been looking for for a while on Wilde's website. I went to look at it before it had been detailed. Jerry was the dealer that gree I found the car I've been looking for for a while on Wilde's website. I went to look at it before it had been detailed. Jerry was the dealer that greeted me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. We set up an appointment a couple days later and he promised me the car would be ready to go. Sure enough I came back and everything was set up like he said it would be. I looked it over and sadly there were a few body imperfections I didn't notice before. I ended up test driving the car and put in a offer I thought was fair. Sadly, they wouldn't budge a bit on the price. The manager came back to talk about the price of the car and came off very rude. I was very disappointed about how the appointment ended seeing as it started very well. Jerry kept in touch in a friendly manner about the car. I ended up coming back the next week because at the end of the day I wanted this car the most. I ended up paying a little more than I probably should've for the car but we got the deal done. Karen was awesome to work with in the Finance department. She was very upbeat and friendly. The whole buying process took about an hour (which I am told is quick) and went smooth. I would recommend maybe looking elsewhere when buying a car to save the sour taste in your mouth. More

We feel we got a very good car at a very good price. The car we bought had 43,000 miles on it and we were wondering if the original 5 year 60,000 mile warranty still applies. If so, with the 4 year extended warranty we purchase do we have overlapping coverage for roughly the next 1.5 years? More
