Team Wilde East Towne - Wows Customers ok - so Wilde East Towne Honda, has clearly managed to put together a winning line up! Having had outstanding past Service experience with Mike Spel ok - so Wilde East Towne Honda, has clearly managed to put together a winning line up! Having had outstanding past Service experience with Mike Spellman (on my '05 Accord V6 Hybrid) & my partner with Nick Moderson-Kox (on his 05 Acura TL) .. it was clear when we were in the market for a different vehicle - just where to start! So then we connect with an amazing Multi-Tasking, Customer Focused Connor Kuhnau. Connor worked seamlessly with his team members in multiple areas within the dealership to efficiently get us EXACTLY what was needed - ALWAYS with a Positive "Can Do" attitude. After looking at a Honda Odyssey, we decided to enter negotiations at which point Connor introduced us to Shawn Sittleberg. Careful review of OUR GOALS was performed and it was determined that our first pick - was clearly NOT in our best interest (long term.) So Shawn did not give up - instead he worked with the factors at hand & offered us some BETTER SUITED options. Effective communications and carefully listening to both My partner & Me - made Shawn & Peter able to put together a winning strategy. Everyone listed has clearly helped us realize that here - the Customer really does matter.. (Great Job!) Back to Connor - and we were swiftly behind the wheel of the most stellar Acura MDX! Again, Connor worked wih his team in the detail area to make sure our EVERY expectation was not just met... but far exceeded! (And our bar was set HIGH.) In fact, Connor even helped the detail staff (Josh??) out by pitching in his own efforts to assist cleaning up the vehicle! (Neither My Partner nor I / have experienced SALES STAFF who are willing to DO .. not just DEMAND. IMPRESSIVE ! ) Well, as you might guess, the road test was superb! The vehicle, had obviously been carefully looked over & prepped for new owners by many competant hands throught the process. (New Brakes, New Tires, Wiper Blades - Every Detail DOES Matter) Ready - Set - Go . . . Now we meet delightful Karen to work out the paperwork. She was VERY knowledgable - thorough, and made sure every number was in place (and to our expectations.) Was MOST EFFICIENT in getting us on the road in what seemed like - minutes. She was so pleasant, and yet professional - SO RARE TO SEE THIS IN A FINANCE DEPARTMENT - LOVED IT!! Now, we happily drive off in our vehicle - not thinking about what went wrong.... because NOTHING DID! Like a well rehearsed Masterpiece - This experience has for US been SECOND TO NONE & will surely lead to more of the same for others. Wilde East Towne Honda - GETS IT! Each Individual was part, but the TOGETHERNESS & COMMON GOAL was clear.. we are so pleased & will CERTAINLY send more customers your way! Every Car Buying Experience - Is Lucky to come CLOSE to how Phenominal, ours has been! More

As our vehicles were dying, we did alot of online research, then some dealer research and considered MDX, Pathfinder, Highlander, Grand Cherokee, Explorer and for some reason just thought Pilot was out of our price range, but when we finally took a closer look at Pilot, it was a very quick decision that it was more and better vehicle than all the other ones we researched AND it cost less than all of them. We had a '98 Civic hatchback before we had kids and loved it so we already know Honda quality/reputation/etc. Its hard to have a (large) car payment after a decade without one, but after considering our options, we think we got the best vehicle we could for the money we're spending. SERVICE: My wife submitted an online query and Veli got back to her very quickly and with a very cordial, personable message--Zimbrick sent more of a generic auto-reply type message. Veli getting to us quickly, but not being pushy was just right. When we came for our appointment, he had the Pilot we ended up buying right in front and he literally RAN from place to place to help us (getting our trade number, finding a touring model to compare to the EX-L, etc.) Karen did an equally great job writing up our financing and explaining everything to us. We never thought we'd ever drive a brand new vehicle, but now we are and we feel like we got a great vehicle and the whole process made us very comfortable. They had the advantage that we pretty much had to buy one, but they worked hard for our sale all the way. More

I was greeted immediately by friendly courteous staff. I am impressed at how they treated me and other customers as I was purchasing my Pilot. From floor staff to finance to management I was treated with the utmost respect in customer service. I am very pleased with my purchase. Leticia was so nice and friendly and a pleasure to work with, she is a great asset to your dealership, Shawn was so pleasant to work with, he went out of his way to see I had what I needed in my vehicle needs. Karen was very pleasant in finance, she was so nice and friendly and was easy to work with on financing my Pilot. Todd helped me set up the bluetooth function in the Pilot, he is a friendly and pleasant person. I will certainly be back to your dealership and I will tell my friends about my pleasant visit to your dealership. You have so many great people working at Wilde East Towne Honda you can stand proud!! More

Most painless car purchase I have ever had. Shaun, Jose,(Bruno Mars) and Karen were great to work with. We really enjoyed our visit and purchase of our used Ridgeline. I gave a 4 for quality of Shaun, Jose,(Bruno Mars) and Karen were great to work with. We really enjoyed our visit and purchase of our used Ridgeline. I gave a 4 for quality of work because some black putty used to seal a previous topper on the truck was not removed when we visited the first time and the remains of the putty were still there and not cleaned when we came for delivery of the vehicle the next day. Not a big deal to me. I just have to clean it myself. That in no way would change our overall view of Wilde. We definitely will come back here again! More

Their facilities were bright, spacious, and well arranged, and their staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Their sales consultant, Velislav Deshev, responded to all of our questions and made certain that the car we were considering (and eventually purchased) met all of our needs. His knowledge of the various product lines and their features, as well as his effervescent enthusiasm and positive attitude, were greatly appreciated. Karen Hardrath, Willde’s Business Manager, was also extremely helpful in moving us quickly through all of the necessary paperwork. Several managers stopped by and greeted us during the process, and everyone we met was both friendly and helpful. Our entire experience was exceptional, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone considering a new car purchase. More

I decided to purchase the car and made an offer which was passed on to Shawn. After 45 minutes or so of arm wrestling we came to an agreed price. I told Shawn I had my own financing and he asked if he could see what rate they could find, I said OK. The next day I received a voice male from Pete with a rate close to mine. I returned his call 20 minutes later and got voice mail, left a message. Had not heard from Pete by the next afternoon and left 2nd message, to date I still have not heard back from him. The next day I called the finance department and explained my saga with Pete and was told no problem the loan was all set ( I had not given them the go ahead yet or terms). I told who ever I talked to the terms and down payment I wanted and the said OK no problem it will be all set when you come in on Saturday. I arrived on Saturday and was introduced to Karen. Not to her fault but the paper work was wrong on the length of the loan and I could not make a down payment, I had to take the loan the way it was written of come back Monday, I took the loan the way it was written. When I was first looking at the car Pete told me the car had new tires ( it had 2 new front tires, no front end alignment which it needs) also told me it had new brakes ( found out later it had new front pads and 1 not two new rotors, rotors are normally replaced in pairs per axle for even wear and braking power. After purchasing the car I left the lot heading home. About 20 miles into my trip home I was pulled over by the State Patrol I was told I did not use my turn signal. Turned out to be a bulb out. I stopped at the next auto parts store and purchased a bulb to replace it. Come to find out the bulb was burnt out but also a wire was broken off where some on had spliced into it ( nice inspection). I asked Pete to mail me a copy of the list of things they did to the car at their dealership before it went on sale. He did so and that's how I found out about the tires and brakes but also note they added 3 bottle of transmission fluid. Wondering what did I really buy, thought I was safer buying from a Dealer instead of a car lot!! Will never see me again. 4/25/2014 UPDATE Dealer ship contacted me after I posted this review and asked me to review the work order on this car. I had miss read it and they did do a proper brake service with new pads all around and new rotors on rear axle. The excessive transmission fluid was due to a transmission flush. I apologize for not reading the work order properly. They have offered to do whatever it takes to make me happy and look into the other problems 4/28/2014 UPDATE Dealer has been in contact with me to solve my issues with the car. They have bent over backwards to resolve my issues and clarify what I THOUGHT were issues. They have even offered to buy back the car, It doesn't get any better than that!! I am happily keeping the car as all mechanical problems have been resolved but I still remain up happy with the communication from sales on the previous work done on care and the communication with the finance Dept. Yes I would buy from this dealership again, they have gone out of their way to make me happy More

review After purchasing the 2011 Honda Accord,which I love.on March 22...I guess it is policy to have the buyer talk to your financial dept.about buying an e After purchasing the 2011 Honda Accord,which I love.on March 22...I guess it is policy to have the buyer talk to your financial dept.about buying an extended warranty on the vehicle,ok,but,...I feel I was very pressured into buying something I didnt really want,& after telling her that "I just dont feel right about this",she said to think about it for a month,& if I feel like cancelling it then,to give her a call & she would cancel warranty.....I called back on Monday the 24th & told her to cancel....She was not happy,but she did send me the papers to cancel & I sent them back....Obviously,she gets a commision for selling these extended warrantys......Am not happy about that part of the purchase transaction.....Also,after purchasing the car,I had a few questions about the car.....I tried contacting him 4 times through phone messages & 1 email in reply to his "thank you" for buying from Wilde Motors.....no response...until I asked for a sales manager.......Its like,once the sale is complete,its "out of sight,out of mind".....Not a good way to conduct business,especially a new one......Dont know if I would refer people to this dealership or not......Thank you.......Lois Steinhilber.
