He wasn't intimidating in his sales approach at all and respected my (limited) knowledge about cars and addressed any talking points I had. I wanted to make this an easy transaction and Craig made it just that. Karen, in finance, had actually assisted on my previous vehicle purchase through Saturn eleven years ago, so it was very nice (and sentimental) to have her part of the new vehicle purchase. She worked with warranty plans that fit me and my budget best. Shawn, on behalf of the dealership's administration, was very accommodating, given I did not have the previous vehicle title on me, but knew I needed a vehicle by the end of the day so set up an arrangement for me to bring my title in by the end of the week. Shawn's been very assuring that the dealership would take care of the issue I had with my previous car, in transporting it, as it had unfortunately decided to die in the parking lot of the financial institution I was getting my preapproved loan letter at. All in all, a great experience, I encourage people to visit here first when looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Thank you. More

Drove off the lot with confidence and reliability! I came to Wilde East Towne Honda for an oil change for my (now old) vehicle. Mike Dennis was outside and greeted me right away. He mentioned that he h I came to Wilde East Towne Honda for an oil change for my (now old) vehicle. Mike Dennis was outside and greeted me right away. He mentioned that he had seen my vehicle on Craigslist and he asked why I was selling it. We talked about what I was looking for in a new car. Based on my needs, Mike suggested a couple different vehicles. From there, I test drove a Honda CR-V and LOVED it! I came back on Monday and worked with Conor Kuhnau. When the CR-V did not work out, the finance team and Conor searched what vehicles on the lot would work out. I test drove a 2014 Honda Civic and Accord. After a tough decision, we decided that based on what I like/need in a vehicle, the Honda Accord was going to be the best fit. Seamlessly, we finished the process with Karen in the finance department. I did not get the "sale-sy" pressure because Conor listened to what I needed and confidently gave me suggestions. Conor is definitely a true asset at Wilde East Towne Honda because he is a real, genuine employee that listened to what I needed. I strongly recommend him and Mike based on my positive experience. I left Wilde Honda confident in my decision with my new Accord and felt valued as a customer. More
