Chad, the one four the dealership received from me is mostly a result of my interaction with Karen Hardrath at the end of the process. I probably should have incorporated it into another category. But I associated it with pricing because it was Karen who took our money and handled all of the paperwork at the end. My experience with Karen is described in the review. She's a nice lady, but she let her frustration/disappointment over the fact that I was not going to bite on an extended warrantee package get the better of her and mar things a bit. Other than that, my experience was really very, very positive.
