review After purchasing the 2011 Honda Accord,which I love.on March 22...I guess it is policy to have the buyer talk to your financial dept.about buying an e After purchasing the 2011 Honda Accord,which I love.on March 22...I guess it is policy to have the buyer talk to your financial dept.about buying an extended warranty on the vehicle,ok,but,...I feel I was very pressured into buying something I didnt really want,& after telling her that "I just dont feel right about this",she said to think about it for a month,& if I feel like cancelling it then,to give her a call & she would cancel warranty.....I called back on Monday the 24th & told her to cancel....She was not happy,but she did send me the papers to cancel & I sent them back....Obviously,she gets a commision for selling these extended warrantys......Am not happy about that part of the purchase transaction.....Also,after purchasing the car,I had a few questions about the car.....I tried contacting him 4 times through phone messages & 1 email in reply to his "thank you" for buying from Wilde Motors.....no response...until I asked for a sales manager.......Its like,once the sale is complete,its "out of sight,out of mind".....Not a good way to conduct business,especially a new one......Dont know if I would refer people to this dealership or not......Thank you.......Lois Steinhilber. We were evaluating another vehicle (a GMC) and he found a Buick in their lot with the same body style and interior so we could compare. His comparison of the interior headroom was accurate. He recognized the third row seating as a major factor for us and illustrated why the Honda would be the better choice for us. More

The sales staff worked with me to purchase a used Honda Accord. They went out of their way to help me get the vehicle I wanted even though I was a customer traveling from out of state. Jerry was absolutely fantastic to work with. He searched inventory for us and arranged for me to drive both cars that interested me. He took my dad and I on the same test route with both cars so that I cou inventory for us and arranged for me to drive both cars that interested me. He took my dad and I on the same test route with both cars so that I could compare performance between vehicles and worked with management to ensure repairs to car I was most interested in. He was friendly, helpful, and low pressure at all times. He made sure that I had the best opportunity to compare, consider, and make an informed choice. It was truly a pleasure to work with him. Nick Moderson-Kox was also extremely kind. He has since called me to arrange minor repairs to my car, post-purchase, and is intent on ensure that my schedule is accommodated, which I really appreciate. Karen Hardrath was also very nice, though, her sales technique bothered me a bit. I realize that it's her job to try to sell extended warrantee packages, etc, at the time of financing/payment, but when it became clear that I was probably not going to take the extended warrantee, Karen actually used tactics that, while I'm sure she didn't realize how they were coming across, made it seem as though I was not an intelligent customer who had thought things through. Again, I'm sure she didn't mean to be condescending, but that's sort of what she conveyed. When she got a final no from me, she remained polite, but pursed her lips and bent her head downward, which made it clear she disagreed and was unhappy with my decision. She did recover after that and was very pleasant as she finished the paperwork and showed us out. But that moment shouldn't have happened. It was the only slight marring of an otherwise perfect experience at Wilde. My dad and I were both very impressed from start [almost] to finish. :-) More

I was already sold on getting a Honda CR-V, but was very turned-off by the lack of flexibility and treatment received at other southern Wisconsin Honda dealerships. One played the game of moving money, price of car or value of trade-in. At the other it was MSRP and no trade-in value. I had done enough research to know realistic prices and value of my trade-in, I know people in the business. When I came into Wilde Honda, I was met by Syed. I told him I wanted to talk numbers. I told him the vehicle I wanted EX-L with Nav, he came back with very workable numbers. As we continued to negotiate I got to meet Eric Henderson the new car manger. Both Syed and Eric dealt with me with honesty and respect. They did not play games. They provided a good deal on the new vehicle and a reasonable value for my trade-in. A win-win situation. The day of the closing we were pressed for time, both Karen and Steve made the tedious work of signing the financing, warranty papers a pleasure to get through. The professionalism of Wilde representatives we worked with was outstanding and greatly appreciated, we plan on spreading the word. More

I purchased the vehicle after discussing with my co-worker his excellent experience with Nathan. I was purchasing the same vehicle that same week so I used the quote of my co-worker. Nathan had no problems with assisting me and honoring the same quote. I only purchase new automobiles and this was the fastest purchase yet. Nathan was very informative and understood I knew exactly what I wanted and did not try to sell me anything else. He spent the time to show me the features after the purchase, which was very helpful to me. This was a very pleasant experience. I hope the service department will be just as pleasant. More
