After online shopping and contacting several BMW dealerships, I reached Karen at Silver Spring MD and I must say she was amazing from the beginning giving me hope that I could get the X3 that I wan dealerships, I reached Karen at Silver Spring MD and I must say she was amazing from the beginning giving me hope that I could get the X3 that I wanted. I called about a used one and ended up ordering exactly what I wanted. She helped me take advantage of my military discount and told me how to get the most for my trade ultimately saving me money. Her personality was super! The manager sent follow up emails throughout this process making sure my needs and questions were being taken care of. Guen in finance went above and beyond to help get me my best options. This dealership was a 5 star plus for my experience and it all started with Karen answering my call.
