Unable to deliver on order placed 6 months ago I placed an order for a 2020 Telluride SX just prior to Christmas 2019 with Karen Mateo and was told the order would take 8 weeks. 8 weeks later (Feb I placed an order for a 2020 Telluride SX just prior to Christmas 2019 with Karen Mateo and was told the order would take 8 weeks. 8 weeks later (February) Karen could not tell me the status of my order or when the order would arrive. Karen then began to ignore my emails. In May, I talked to Jimmy, told him I still wanted the order, but no longer wanted to deal with Karen. Jimmy told me he could not answer why my order had been significantly delayed but told me that the order should be in by mid July, and that I could call in June to get the exact delivery date. I was also informed that my order was being upgraded to a 2021 Telluride SX because there were no more 2020s being made. I accepted this upgrade. A little more than a week ago, I called again and was told by Jimmy that he was going to check with the Sales Manager (Danny). I did not hear back again from Jimmy. I called yesterday and tried to leave a voicemail for Jimmy, but could not, because his voicemail box was full. So I called again and left a message for Danny and asked for a call back. I still have not heard back from Jimmy or Danny. Is this appropriate treatment for a prospective customer? My wife bought a 2015 Optima from this dealiership and did not have this kind of problem. Who is going to finally going to accept responsibility? More
