Very helpful, easy, appreciated drop off service. Noticed car was leaking some fluid. Thought maybe related to recent 60K service. Called, described and time was made for me the next day. Needed a drop off back home -- that service was great and made it all so easy. Turned out to be a gasket seal leak - fixed no charge and fluid topped off. Perfect. More

I find that the service group are warm, helpful, considerate, and friendly. Full service work over. Best customer service of all service departments with which I have ever dealt. They did not have any loaner cars available and, thus set me up with a Best customer service of all service departments with which I have ever dealt. They also answered each of my 3 calls within 6 hours very politely and remained friendly while they answered each of my tedious (and probably annoying) questions very patiently. More
