Happy with Service. 6:00AM and the check engine light and flashing brake light signaled trouble and gave my wife and I concern. Within the hour I brought our 2010 Outback 6:00AM and the check engine light and flashing brake light signaled trouble and gave my wife and I concern. Within the hour I brought our 2010 Outback to Cityside, hoping that they could find a slot in an already tight schedule. They did make time to diagnose and solve the problem by the end of the day. And they informed me, to my surprise, that the cost was covered by warranty! My personal thanks to Advisor Karen who saw the project through and kept me informed. And thanks to advisors Ron, Niko, and Zander, as well as Karen, for their past and current professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, ability to listen and are committed to satisfying the needs of their clients. I was dreading buying a car just because of all that one hears about the games that car salesmen play, hard sell tactics, etc. But once again Cityside proved the stereotype wrong. It was an easy and even pleasant experience. Alex patiently put up with my many questions and indecisions, going back and forth among different packages, etc. I genuinely felt no pressure on price or on time. I've had very good experience with Cityside's service dept over the last 15 years. And I can recommend Alex to anyone who like me was not looking forward to the car-buying experience. More

Excellent car care and customer service If your looking for a service center, nothing beats city side. You need to ask for Karen, she happily explains everything that is going to happen to your vehicle and explains the price that you are going to pay. I have never had an issue with my car or billing since I have been with Karen. At other places they give you one number and when you come to pick up your car, it's always more expensive. Not with city side and especially not with Karen. Only once did they find an issue with my car and she called to confirm with me before they did anything additional, and she told me my new billing price. OUTSTANDING! She lets me know about my scheduled maintenance and even lets me know what I should be considering in the future. I never feel pressured from her. She makes me very comfortable. The work is always done exactly like she says. Thank you Karen, and thank you to every mechanic who has serviced my vehicle. More

Excellent Service at a good price had my 60,000 mile service on my 2011 Subaru Outback. I checked the price with 2 other dealers to be sure and Cityside's price (just under $600) was had my 60,000 mile service on my 2011 Subaru Outback. I checked the price with 2 other dealers to be sure and Cityside's price (just under $600) was a little less than the other 2. More importantly, they did the work on time, with full explanations, and let me pick the vehicle up the next day. Karen is an excellent service advisor. More

helpful and efficient I went to Cityside Subaru thinking I was just going to get my '09 Outback examined. It turned out that she needed a lot of work done and I decided tha I went to Cityside Subaru thinking I was just going to get my '09 Outback examined. It turned out that she needed a lot of work done and I decided that maybe it wasn't a good investment to keep fixing an old car. Dan in sales worked with me and I ended up trading in my car for a new 2016 Forester. It was my first time purchasing a car so I was nervous but everyone made the process seem smooth and easy. More
