My Lexus was wrapped in a satin red tarp with a large red bow on the top, and several employees were gathered around ringing bells to celebrate and welcome me to the family:)!! Kari, our sales representative, was outstanding. She was a joy to work with. We explained what we did and did not want in our potential new SUV.
