I called and I was able to be scheduled the same day for service. I was quoted about 3 hour wait but gladly it only took one hour. Karina was helpful and friendly. The estimate and options were explained thoroughly. Only thing is that I did not feel that safe with their. COVID protocols being followed. They have signs everywhere about maintaining social distancing and use of masks and yet customers do not follow them and I did not see employees enforcing it. I saw people removing their masks while sitting waiting for their vehicles and customers not standing in the marked spots while waiting in line to approach a counter. I would hope management would empower their employees to enforce these safety measures as it provides a safe environment to everyone in the building. More
