Best experience at a dealership...EVER!!!! I recently brought in my 2018 Toyota Corolla for it's first service. I had numerous nightmarish experiences with the last dealership I dealt with. It was so bad that it left a sour taste in my mouth when it came to dealerships. THANK YOU Maita Toyota for showing me what real customer service looks like. From the second I pulled up to the service bay to the moment I paid for my services, your staff made me feel like a human and not just a paycheck. Karina was my service adviser , and let me tell you, she is was amazing. She called me several times to give me an update on my vehicle and was very helpful in answering my millions of questions.
