In addition I would like to thank the lady (Sorry I have forgotten her name) who after my servicing was complete worked with me to resolve a Bluetooth connection problem with my Camry. The phone connection is now working just fine. More

From the friendly greeting from Art the intake person to the handoff to Karina, service advisor, my experience with Maita staff and facilities has alw From the friendly greeting from Art the intake person to the handoff to Karina, service advisor, my experience with Maita staff and facilities has always been positive and on point. All my questions and concerns were addressed during my visit. Anything promised was delivered which I greatly appreciated. One glitch was that I asked for a car wash but when my car was delivered, it was not washed. Karina went out with me to check and when this was discovered, she immediately took care of getting it washed. I look forward to many years of service until my next new Toyota from Maita! More

Good service I made appointment online and the only option was to leave the car for the day. When I arrived I was told it would be ready in about an hour. I would have waited if I knew beforehand instead of having my husband drive across town twice. Other than that everyone was friendly and thorough in communicating what my car needed. I loved the car wash. More
