The 1:00 appointment appeared a little aspirational as the car sat for a while before work was begun. I did not know what I was supposed to take from the video of the car. I appreciated the wash; I never seem to get around to washing the car at home. If there is water available, I didn't locate it in the waiting area. I was there for 2 1/2 hours - water would have been nice. The car is making a subtle new sound. I notice no problems with tires, ride, alignment, brakes or engine performance. I'll monitor. . . .
