I came in for my 50K mile service and Karl was fabulous and kept me informed about what the service entailed and the need for my rear breaks and rotors needing to be replaced. Having an awesome salesperson, who took the time to listen to my needs, to help me pick out the model that would be appropriate, and after the sale, made sure I was able to use the many features....this was most important! I was never hurried, rushed or pressured.... I love my new awesome SEL R-line Tiguan...it is incredible and even better than I ever expected!!!
