Karl Was very helpful and very professional throughout all facets of the selection, purchase and delivery process. We even made a last minute change regarding the vehicle equipment and Karl was very accommodating with this as well - something I suspect most dealerships would not be. We picked up the car late one evening (because of our schedules) and even after the dealership was getting ready to close Karl cheerfully insisted on spending plenty of time with us to make sure we understood exactly how everything works. Other staff was great as well, including Nathan in Finance who led us through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. The dealership is beautiful and we fully expect to return for service. Five Stars for sure!! More

Karl located exactly what I wanted and arranged a dealer swap. He gave me a fair price as well. I did have to pay for flatbed delivery, but the deal I received made it worthwhile. Also, Karl showed me how to use the Q5's major features, and there are many, and he addressed my questions and concerns without hesitation even days after I made my purchase. The financial manager, Demery, made documentation and payment a snap. This dealership even accepted my personal check, which was very convenient. That was a first! More

Everyone was very helpful and any questions we had were answered immediately. We really felt comfortable and that's not something you say typically about a car dealership or service center. We left with an awesome deal and we absolutely love our new car. and as far as the actual service center goes- quite frankly I have always previously scheduled service to our cars so that I wouldnt have to bring my son (3 years old) but now I would be more than happy to come in with him and relax while we wait after being shown the facilities available to customers - it's really like being home. Actually better because I don't have to wash the dishes after I have my Nespresso! Also I want to give a side shout out to Demery Hanna - usually the most painful part of the car lease/buying process is sitting in front of the finance manager trying to justify why you don't want to buy the largest package of added vehicle protection. It's like the dreaded sale - part two. She was amazing. She was extremely nice and she NEVER made us feel pressured. That goes for Karl as well - seriously amazing experience and I can absolutely see us coming back again when our lease is up to get into a new Audi. More
