From the moment I drove up in my mother’s car (a tactic I use to see if I’m going to be judged fairly), I was greeted only with enthusiasm and sincere interest in assisting in my vehicle search. Shayle Gash was the outstanding salesperson who listened to me describe what I was looking for and helped guide me to the correct test vehicle - the one I eventually purchased. Shayle even stayed late beyond our second meeting’s originally scheduled time when previous commitments made it impossible for me to arrive on time. It is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, and it’s not even close. I recommend Shayle and Paramount to anyone in need of a reprieve from the grind of car shopping. More

I arrived at the dealership only to find that both cars I had been considering had sold. Yep, that fast!!! Good for them but not for me. :-) No problem at all!! They found me one at another dealership. They went and got it and Joseph took the extra step to deliver it himself to my house that same afternoon!!! The windows weren't tinted and Joseph knew I wanted that so he took care of it before bringing it to me. Joseph had paid close attention to what I wanted and took the extra step to ensure I was happy. They have great teamwork at the dealership and it showed. Alan in finance was very patient with me while I looked at different options for finance and I am so very, very appreciative and happy. My experience with Paramount was awesome!! Everyone there was so friendly and nice. Now I have a beautiful Palaside and I am so thankful and happy!! Thank you guys for taking such good care of me!! More
