Great dealership! I have bought 4 cars from them in the last 3 years. They are No BS and told me what they could and couldn't do in terms of price and got me into my budget! The only small thing is that there was a faulty knock sensor with some rodent damage on my brand new 2020 q50 with 67 miles on it. Took a week to receive and install part which isnt bad, but asked the carbon fiber package to be thrown in for my trouble. They came back with a 25% discount, which i get but still a brand new car with this problem. Not my fault I would think the dealer could spare $1750.... More

My husband and I saw the car of our dreams a Q50 Red sport online and decided to call Infiniti of South Bay. I was connected to Anita Ruiz who was extremely knowledgeable about the car and had great cus sport online and decided to call Infiniti of South Bay. Kaz promised us a great deal. Emad delivered on the price and arranged for us to come in to return our leased Q50 and select a replacement vehicle. The experience was pleasurable. Emad went to great lengths to get us a great deal on a new 2020 Q50 Sport. The price for our upgrade to a Sport was less than $25 a month over our previous payment! My wife and I were very happy with our new vehicle. Emad took the time to introduce us to the new features on our vehicle. He even programed our phones for us. My wife and I were given great prices upfront with no haggling needed and we drove out with our new Qx60 with no money exchanging hands in less than a couple of hours (including test drive, a car wash and it being filled with gas).
