We were quoted 10-12 hours of work by a family member that is a certified mechanic. Your dealership quoted 20 hours. We also know your techs get paid about $50 an hour but you're charging almost five times that for labor. Plus, your parts cost is about double what it should be. We have been paying for over priced service for years, but that estimate just lost you all footie business from us. More
