We have been going to this dealership for over a decade. We have bought two vehicles there. I cannot say how displeased I am at the cost analysis for a small fix for my daughter's truck. We also know your techs get paid about $50 an hour but you're charging almost five times that for labor. Plus, your parts cost is about double what it should be. We have been paying for over priced service for years, but that estimate just lost you all footie business from us. More
