Concern Regarding Lack of Service Acknowledgment and Wait Times To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service experience I received over the past two days at your d Times To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service experience I received over the past two days at your dealership. On both visits, I arrived on time for my scheduled service appointments, yet I was not acknowledged by any staff members for an extended period. On the first day, I arrived 5–10 minutes early and stood in one of the two service lanes. Despite several service representatives walking past me—at least five—no one greeted me or indicated that they would check me in. There was no clear order to how customers were being helped, and I was not acknowledged until nearly 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I decided to give the situation the benefit of the doubt and assumed the team was having a busy day. However, the following day, I took my daughters car in with only three cars ahead of me, I waited again—this time for about 15 minutes—while others were helped and taken back quickly. The only interaction I received was from an employee sweeping who told me to “pull your car up,” yet no service rep approached me or checked me in. This was especially disappointing because I have experienced excellent service here before. Mike, who has helped us previously, always greeted customers promptly and professionally. Randy also provided great customer service and even suggested I call ahead in the future so he could ensure I’m taken care of. While I appreciate his offer, I don’t believe customers should have to call in advance to receive basic acknowledgment or timely assistance—especially during slower moments. The contrast between my past positive experiences and these last two visits is significant. I hope management can address the lack of communication and attention at the service drive so customers feel valued the moment they arrive. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns.
