2. 5 hours to change my oil, rotate the tires and change my battery air filter. Not one word from my "Service Advisor" during that entire time. I did notice her flitting around laughing and having a good ti my battery air filter. Not one word from my "Service Advisor" during that entire time. I have used this dealership several times and the last two visits have gradually become worse, with this last visit being exactly that.. my last visit. I'll find somewhere else to service my vehicle.
