There has been no communication. My car has been in the shop for over 2 months and they haven't gotten one single update. When I put it in the shop I was told there was going to be a My car has been in the shop for over 2 months and they haven't gotten one single update. When I put it in the shop I was told there was going to be a loaner ready that day. And when it came time to get the loaner, there wasn't one ready. I had to wait a week without a car for the loaner, after asking everyday and getting no response. The reason my car is there is because it was having problems while it started. The last time I got my car serviced a few months ago, I had wrote in the notes to have them look at that. And it even had a problem starting up when it was dropped off at the dealership for the initial service before I brought it back. But it's been about three months since y'all had my car, and haven't gotten a single update on it yet. More

The Genesis part of the dealership is terrible. Shop doesn’t seem to have the necessary training for EVs. Additionally the Owner doesn’t seem to keep the upfront personnel. Having a different person each time you come in is unfortunate. There is an expectation with the Genesis brand that service will be exceptional. I would settle for competent. I will not buy another Genesis until there are more dealerships available. Unfortunate because the car is great but not worth the hassle of getting it serviced. Maybe the new dealership in Roger’s, AR will be an option. More
