My car was not picked up when I was scheduled for an oil change. I had to call the service department again to send someone out. Which was about 2 hours later. I was told when I bought the car that there w change. I had to call the service department again to send someone out. Which was about 2 hours later. I was told when I bought the car that there wouldn't be a problem with a loner, but when I scheduled the appt they said we're not sure if we have one for that day. They said we will call you the day before to let you know. I never received a call. The service dept asked if I wanted my car washed and vacuumed. I said yes, but when they brought my car back they didn't do either. I feel like I was told how great the service was when I purchased the car, but when I used the service it failed. They did change the oil but the rest of the service was frustrating. More

Excellent customer service, they took care of my car and me. They explained everything in detail. They delivered my car clean and vacuumed, and they gave me a frame for my license plate. me. My car sat for over 45 days at the service center and the issue is not fixed. This is the third time I am coming in for the same complaint. It is not getting fixed.
