Fair at best. Shouldn't as a customer have to do your own homework to establish a solution to a problem. Total of 1.5 hours talking between the Service Advisor and Hyundai. Being told there was an additional homework to establish a solution to a problem. Total of 1.5 hours talking between the Service Advisor and Hyundai. Being told there was an additional warranty by Hyundai and basically getting told to pound sand by the Service Advisor, had to again call into talk to the Service manager. She was at least receptive and said she would look into the issue- and low and behold I got a text 15 minutes later from the service advisor it was warranty work. Whether plain uneducated of the process, or flat out just didn't care about it enough- showed me a total lack of a customer experience mindset. This is my second experience with the service side of things, and my first time was very similar. Will not be going back unless absolutely necessary. Cannot in good faith refer anyone to this dealership for service work. More
