What an absolutely pleasant experience! No questions were treated as insignificant and answered promptly. Financing took place, literally, as I drove to Decatur and I was assured the truck would be sitting out front by the main entrance when I arrived. The staff worked as a well oiled machine as I walked through sales and financing. Even to the point of loading my new truck with my things! I never felt a moment of being rushed through the process, even though I arrived an hour before closing. I was always treated as highest priority at the moment. Very unexpected, as many businesses in sales might be rushing me though, knowing their personal life was waiting for them! Even when I voiced my concern for the team about keeping them past closing time, they honored me as a customer. Never allowing me to feel guilty for keeping them so late. Everyone was pleasant and smiling. Even over the past couple of weeks, the team has reached out to me, reassuring me that “they have my back” for ANY questions. What peace of mind! It’s been 14 years since I bought a vehicle and I was treated like a queen! Thank you! Its getting so hard and dreadful to buy a car anymore if you are really trying to find the best price. I had begun my process by sending requests for best out the door price from about 10 or 12 different dealers when I decided to purchase my new Honda civic. Shottenkirk Honda immediately stood out of the pack. As soon as they knew what I wanted and details about my trade they promptly came with a clear and transparent offer. While it did include some extras I was not interested in they offered me a really fair offer for my trade. After a quick counter they came back with an offer I couldn't refuse. I was so happy I no longer needed to play the sales games with the other dealers anymore. Bottom line is this dealership is run right and it shows. KASTEN and AUSTIN were fantastic. Coming from a car guy who had purchased more cars than I should admit, ive been through this process probably 20 or more times in dealers all over the country. This was honestly one of the quickest, smoothest, pain free car buying experiences ive ever had. The vibe in dealing with the people here reminded me of the good ol days where there was genuine sincerity and transparency in the hand shake.
