She was so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and concerned about us. I can't even begin to say how grateful we are for her help, it could have turned into an awful situation but she helped us in such a way that it turned out wonderfully. I can't begin to sing her praises enough. Wish there were more people like her, she's wonderful and as an employee incredible!
