I had waited in the guest waiting room, saw Mike and engaged in conversation. I asked about the possibility of buying out my lease. He was so very nice and helpful, I decided to purchase my car. He was extremely helpful in getting all the paperwork done guiding me through the process. He made sure I understood what was involved. I also appreciated the complimentary car wash. N B.
