Talk about low pressure sales. ..!!! Paul is a gentleman in the industry. He knows the cars he sells, and he knew the answers for just about everything we asked. He was honest a ..!!! Paul is a gentleman in the industry. He knows the cars he sells, and he knew the answers for just about everything we asked. He was honest about the very few things he didn't know but promptly got the answers. He didn't try to slide anything past us on pricing or the trade-in. During the "deal-making" (i.e., money) process, he again was politely forthright in what areas were possibly negotiable and which were firm. He assured that the entire purchase process was pleasant and comfortable, never making us feel pressured. He represents Treasure Coast Lexus well and I can easily recommend him to potential buyers. Kathy Register was great to work with when she returned to work. There was a communication issue that had put me in a few day period of no return phone call for a needed appt. Kathy had been out due to i to work. There was a communication issue that had put me in a few day period of no return phone call for a needed appt. Kathy had been out due to illness & could not answer my messages, but the service dept also had failed to respond to me. when I called a couple of times when I did not hear from Kathy. When I did talk to Kathy when she returned to her office, she informed me of her being out of her office due to illness. But I still had not heard from my service calls for assistance when I also called the general service dept. I had finally heard from another person the same time I had spoked with Kathy. More
