People were very nice but I wasn’t given a time when my car would be finished. Also estimate price of my services. As I was siting in the waiting room. I was there for 4 hours for what I thought was an oil change. She asked if I wanted spark plugs. I said yes but didn’t realize the extra cost or time involved that wasn’t explained to me. More
