Pamela is a real gem - went through the 30K service items to determine which were really necessary and what other items would be prudent. She reviewed previous service to eliminate items that were recently accomplished (air filter changes) to keep the cost to a minimum. She also made sure I received maximum value for the coupons I had. And as always, the Murano came beck clean from the free wash. More

Very pleased with service department at Gates Nissan I was met by Kathy upon arrival. She knew me by name and knew want service I needed for my Rogue.
