My vehicle had a DEF leak. Katie made sure I had a loaner vehicle and coordinated with my schedule for the appointment. The vehicle was completed quickly and the Tech that made the repair even discovered th vehicle and coordinated with my schedule for the appointment. My problem wasn't resolved! Brakes make terrible noise on Q7 when backing up - was told Audi was aware - but wouldn't fix the problem even though my car is still under warranty.
